Tom is a husband, father, spiritual coach and mentor.  He has served teachers and students in the Boston school system, as the president of a local nonprofit board that supports small businesses, as a spiritual formation mentor to seminary students at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, and as a prayer leader throughout the city.  He lives in the Jamaica Plain neighborhood of Boston, Massachusetts, and has a doctorate in ministry, with a focus on the urban context.

He has been serving and leading in Boston for over 30 years. He is most known for his spiritual discernment and ability to help people and groups process their understanding of their present circumstances.  His passion is to equip people – particularly leaders who want to grow:
