Tom is a husband, father, trainer and spiritual coach. He has served as a mentor for teachers and students in the Boston school system, as the president of a local nonprofit board that supports small businesses, as a spiritual formation mentor to seminary students at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, and as a prayer leader in Greater Boston. He has a doctorate in ministry, with a particular focus on the urban context, and he lives in Richmond, VA.
